We only process data you provide to us or data technically required for the website to function.

• Name and, where applicable, company name;
• email address and telephone number;
• the content of a contact or project enquiry;
• name, email address and consent when subscribing to the newsletter;
• technical session data required for the secure administration environment;
• your choice in the 18+ age check. We do not store your date of birth.

Processing is based on your consent, steps taken before or during a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries correctly and securely.

5. Sharing and security

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with parties required for hosting, email delivery or technical support, or where we are legally required to do so. Appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements are made with service providers.

The website uses HTTPS, protected storage and access controls for the administration environment. No digital transmission can, however, be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.
